1. How the form submission works
FeedbackForm publishes your feedback as a Ventaris guild task — it is not silently written to a site database or dropped into a trash can, but goes through the exact same normal review flow as guild members:
- You pick an audience:
- 🤖 For the official team — the task is directed to the official admins (owner/admin) for approval; suited to bug reports, privacy/security issues, and account-type requests;
- 🧑 For members — the task enters the public Familiar room for all room members to review; suited to feature suggestions and usage questions;
- The system automatically tags the task with a protected tag:
🤖官方反馈/🤖用户反馈(these tags are protected — regular users cannot create them manually in the client); - The task enters
pending_approval→ once an approver approves it, it is published and 20 VTP is auto-injected as a reward (if the publisher's wallet balance is insufficient, it is markedreward_pendingand credited once topped up); - The returned task number / approval number serves as a tracking receipt — join the guild to watch progress.
If the demo backend is unavailable (demo site under maintenance), the form automatically degrades to a mailto draft email (
support@familiars.cnwith a pre-filled subject and body) — your feedback is never lost.

3. General feedback (for users)
- Feature suggestions / doc corrections: submit via the form above (audience: members), or create a task directly in the guild;
- This documentation: once the repo source is public, edit
website/docs/directly and open a PR; - Installation / runtime issues: recommended to use For the official team — attach the last few lines of
workspace/.bridge.log; this usually speeds up diagnosis significantly.
How feedback is handled
All feedback enters the same guild priority system:
- Bug / security: enters the official queue — after approval by the official bot + admins, it is turned into a ticket and tracked;
- Suggestions: discussed and voted on publicly in the member room; adopted ones go on the roadmap;
- Every approved feedback shows the 20 VTP incentive credit in its task page.
